The Top 500 Chinese Brands list released by Top Brand Union has a comparatively strong influence in its industry. Samples of the list cover 5,000 Chinese local brands (including brands from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and a comprehensive assessment was given to the participating brands regarding their business revenue, profitability, market performance, international influence, consumer awareness and corporate culture, etc. External assessment and expert review were part of the comprehensive assessment.
